If suit is filed, will I be required to testify?
A very high percentage of lawsuits filed for personal injury are settled before trial. Only approximately 5-10% of such cases eventually reach trial. If a trial becomes necessary, you will be required to testify but before doing so will be well-prepared by our attorneys.
