Do I have to take the field sobriety test?

In Massachusetts, no operator of a motor vehicle is required to perform field sobriety tests and the fact that he refuses to do so cannot be used against him and a jury cannot be advised of this fact. Any mention of this fact by the prosecution to the jury is grounds for an immediate mistrial.
